Pitfall 

An insanely awesome ride at Kennywood, in Pittsburgh, PA. You and a group of people are hoisted up on a ring of seats around a giant metal pole. Once you reach the top, you are kept there, then after a few seconds, you are dropped almost to the bottom.

"Dude! My shoe fell off on the way down on the pitfall, I beat it to the ground"
