Can be a person of the same sex but, is often not. A person who is intoxicated and will come up to you and cling on to you . In the case of opposite sex the person may even rub or grind on your. Usually not in a wanted fashion and at the worst possible time. Not always unwanted.

I love/hate when Leslie gets drunk she ends up being my clingage.
