An individual to whom a girl turns to, when she cannot obtain or have the person she truly wants.

A substitute boyfriend in lieu of a girl's ideal boyfriend.

The guy, the girl settles for because she's desperate.

Heidi couldn't find a boy to fit her ideal mold, so she had Ashton as her fall out boy.
