First, clench your fist and bend at a 90 degree angle at the elbow, forming a rhino horn. Next, sneak up on your victim from behind. When they are standing in a vulnerable position with their legs slightly spread, thrust your "rhino" arm up through their grundle and past their junk. Proceed to lift up the victim from their taint.

The rhino tickler I gave him was so bad that his taint is bruised and he wont be able to procreate.
