A pathetic, whimpering ,cowardly man who fails miserably at most things and seems comfortable with this. A stupid pussy who thinks it's acceptable to let everyone else handle everything while he scavenges the rewards of others hard work and efforts.
Mike is such an elween. Not only did he completely mess up his portion of the project design, he patted himself on the back with pride after everyone else corrected his mistakes and submitted a good design.
