1) A small town categorized by vast amounts of "whiggers" and "hoe-bags". Pot is aplenty and you will be accepted if you are one of those stereotypical "racist hicks"

2) A color of a joint on the human body.

1) Guy 1: Did you see that slut?
Guy 2: Yeah, she must totally be from Pinckney!

2) Guy 1: What's wrong with you? I heard you broke your leg!
Guy 2: Nope, it's just a Pinck-ney.
