To have one's underwear forcibly tugged downwards to the ankles, against the wearer's will, Often carried out in the presence of a laughing audience. If done correctly, the scant would expose the victims genitalia to the audience, providing maximum embarrassment to the victim & maximum hilarity for the audience.
