An extremely lame person. Preferably a person who talks in acronyms, abbreviations, or just plain talks.

Sarah: So, today, he was talking about cleaning his room at 2 in the morning.

Erika: Tiswoh. (That is so weird of him)

Sarah: You're such a jiggernapper...
