When your list of blocked contacts on a messaging/social platform becomes big enough to form their own community to be established. Sending someone to Blockville may be a temporary timeout for them to think about their actions and realise how boring life would be without messaging you. Or a permanent blocking for the total creeps.
Ghosting is a common pitstop before entering Blockville.

Suss af. Started asking for way too many nudes & sending creepy message, so I sent him to Blockville this morning. At least he won't be alone there though. Blockville's vibing at the minute.
