PTMD stands for Post Traumatic Meal Disorder. The state of realizing you just ate a fuck ton of food and now you're in the stages of developing a food baby. You ate so fast you didn't realize how fucking much you stuffed in your stomach and will now be in for a world of hurt. Be prepared to feel the side effects of the food baby itus.
