skittles

A group of people(usually teens) of which wear bright colored clothing in excess. Colors include neon orange, lime green, yellow, hot pink, bright blue and sometimes purple.

"look at that group of skittles!"
"that's one hott skittle"
"i wish i could be as cool as a skittle."
