Santiago Aleman's definitions
Basically the same concept as cannabutter. Simmer you herb with milk, strain the herb out and serve cold.
Jordan- "Hey man you got those brownies in the oven."
Santiago- " Yea, but first lets pre- game it. Try some cannamilk."
