A pathetic/gaunt sandwich/reuben.

A "reuben" with extra lean meat, no cheese, no sauce, and in its most extreme, without bread (sometimes with lettuce on both sides), or just protein.

Yo bro, that sandwich your mom made you for lunch today was pathetic, a true greuben. Did it come with that bottle of Voss?
