psychopath 

A person with severe mental disorders. Usually possesses a cultish mentality and religiously believes that he or she is the president of the world, and that everyone else is a lower lifeform. Usually seen masturbating to fairytale creatures and insulting the "dumb masses" with l337 speech.

Perfect examples of psychopaths are furry fanatics, Linux users, and the Wapanese.
