someone who isn't average, they are usually metrosexual, worries about the wrong things and sometimes used as an insult towards another friend.

when your day is going bad just call your friend a metro man, it makes the world right-side up again.

example: Chase you are a metro man, " no you are a metro man " oh yeah you are right!
