The solid, round poo substance that comes out of your anal cavity in the small size of nickels. Often sounding like winning the jackpot of a slot machine.

Sam: "I don't want to eat chipotle because it makes me shit cheese nickels"
Alyssa: "Same, mine sometimes have lettuce in them."
