a man or woman who, with washcloth and squeegee in hand, cleans windshields of cars stopped in traffic and then somehow expects to get paid by the drivers
"squeegee men are conniving panhandlers who, because you pity them that very instant they finish the job, they take your money".(not to mention washcloth was dirtier than the windshield before they started to clean it and now the drivers side window is all smudge)
