Someone who believes themselves to be more intelligent then others, simply due to an over inflated sense of ego, narcissism or the desire to be part of a larger conspiracy. Occasionally born from a place of genuine care for their children, but ultimately risk lives needlessly.
"Did you hear about Karen? She's Vaccine Informed now. I'd watch her kids for signs of something, measles is going around. I can't have my baby get sick, she still hasn't recovered from her surgery."
