A corruption of the word 'poison', usually used by middle school-ers to make fun of content that they think is "cringe" and "problematic". Sometimes used as an insult towards people who they think are cringe. Almost always used by people who can't tell humour and irony from genuine content.
Omg, I saw Katie's wattpad and she was reading a story called "coldplay hamster au where they enjoy a crisp bath in romaine lettuce mmmhh!!", that's fucking poyzannn for real!
