1. To hold onto someones balls while fellating them. 'Cup my balls while you suck it, bitch'

2. Description of a very junior job, especially a TV runner.

"So what's the new job like, Timbers?"
"Oh great, been working with the director and the producer today"
"Doing what? Cupping balls?"
