A USW is an Unplanned Shit in the Woods. This is when runners are out for a run and realize that there is no way to make it home or to an available bathroom before needing to have a bowel movement. As a result, you need to find a place in the woods (or the neighbors shrubs) to relieve yourself, preferably someplace with available leaves to wipe with.
I was about 5 miles from home and had to take a crap. I had to take a USW in the bushes down by the lake.
