A size of clothing that needs to be invented that is in between a large and a medium.
Alternatively you could use Merge which means Zaklee (see Zaklee)the same thing.

"Hey man I checked out all the sports shops for a cool t-shirt but the all the mediums are too tight and the large one's are too big".
