A girl who everyone thinks is a lesbian because she's never had a boyfriend, is kind of a tomboy, and has a lower voice than most girls. But in reality she's just too shy to tell guys she likes them and is more comfortable being one of them. Lesbian ruths are also prone to accidentally flirting with girls and unintentionally rejecting guys.
