When a girl can't handle the regular shocker; its the mini version of its counter part. using thumb and pinky only half way out of the fist. And you have to yell MINI SHOCKA!

Amanda: Jessie cannot handle the shocker, what should I do?

Bobby: Give her the Mini Shocker, it may work better!
