Not to be confused with the Rizzler or Adolf Hitler, an Adolf Rizzler is someone who commands a respectable amount of rizz (charisma), but who uses said rizz for deplorable reasons.
Person 1: "Frank is literally the Adolf Rizzler of my life, I fight a constant battle against him, but he keeps turning my friends against me."
Person 2: "Holy shit, they just hit the South Tower!"
