Someone who thinks they’re/or their clique is the best. They beleive they’re better then everyone around them, and nobody is better then them. They are arrogant. But the reason they’re called shamal is because they actually aren’t good at all!

A person who thinks they know everything, but they don’t. Usually referring to themselves and their clique as the best and being “know it all’s” but they’re wrong all the time.
