A politically correct way of expressing that you have no cares or concerns about the current subject of conversation. A more polite way a saying "give a shit". would only be used when refering to ones self. A less common and obscue form can be used to describe others

To urinate, piss, make water so on and so fourth. Would be said by a person who considers himself a pony stallion. Not because of size, but of lifestyle /fandom. Brony term.
