The Stranger: when a male sits on one of his hands, occluding blood flow, and then proceeds to masturbate with said hand, as it feels like someone else is performing the act.
The Granger: The gay stranger: When a homosexual male sits on his penis, occluding blood flow, and then proceeds to masturbate, as it feels as though another's penis is in his hand.
