A job or activity that needs to be undertaken within a youth movement filled with dedicated workers. For whatever reason, despite having many people to choose from all Tafkidim must be completed by a person who goes by the name of Jono.
Roi: Hey hanhaga, we have 3 events coming up so lets allocate the tafkidim fairly.
Hanhaga: That's a great idea!
Roi: Right, it's settled then. Jono will take on every one of them
Hanhaga: Easy, it's not like anyone else could have done it
