Someone who claims to have more testosterone than you. Shows this by purchasing expensive and outrageous pieces of bling. Has to constantly prove he is more macho than you. "Little dick syndrome".

A dinglebarry is a person who is an egotistical, self righteous prick suffering from little dick syndrome.
