The familiar tired and glassy-eyed stare someone who has just smoked a fat has (squinty and half-closed eyes). The term was named after someone called James Dernier, who displayed symptoms.

'You've got Jameseyes, have you been smoking'?

'Why are you looking at me with those Jamesyes'.
