Short for elevator. Derived from the whole slang phrase of 'Darth Vader."

Joben - "Hey man are you gonna walk up the 12 flights of stairs with me?"

Mohammad - 1. "No way son, I'm takin' darth."

2. "No way son, I'm takin' the vader."
