1. When walking along and placing the foot on uneven ground that causes the ankle to buckle slightly but is recovered immediatly, with two outcomes a.No-one has seen the error and the person has got away unscathed.
b. Someone has seen the incident causing embaressment to the person who suffered the 'trippage'.

2. Under the influence of magic mushrooms and/or marajuana

3. Short adventurous holiday.
