1-To lurk in the back ground of a picture that you were not supposed to be in.

2- To be in the back ground of every picture of the evening, lurking, semi stalking, like Tom Sturrage does in Robert Pattinson's photos.

Tom Sturrage being Robert Pattinson's best friend is always in the back ground of Rob's photos lurking, or TomStuing.

Person 1: "That picture is a great shot, but who is TomStuing in the background?"
Person 2: "I don't know who that lurker is but I'm gonna photo shop her out."
