The individual, otherwise known as "hussie", is looking, hence "hawkin'", for a hot piece of ass. The hussie can be a guy or girl looking to hit on, get laid, free drinks...anything from another they want to hawk.

Kim always has to be hussie hawkin'...looking those guys up and down and constantly all over them.
