when someone is fucking crazy but in a good way or when he`s so firious that he "don`t see in the eyes" - gramer does not count when using this phrase. usally added to some other bad english bad gramer phrases and an extreem Israely eccent.

I`m telling you, the guy is crazy in the head! don`t see in the eyes!!
