The organisation you join if you:

(a). Didn't work hard enough at school.

or

(b). Are just plain crazy.

Guy 1: I joined the army because I didn't value my education. Why did you join?

Guy 2: I WANNA GO MAKE BIG KA-BOOM AHAHAHAH!!!
