Hottie McHotterton 

A temporary name given to an anonymous person who is considered to be an extreme hottie. Once the name of the person is known, this "name" no longer applies. A typical "hottie" would not be given this designation.

(An extreme hottie walks into a club) "Whoah, here comes Hottie McHotterton."
