When someone cleans their dick after jacking off or sex and paper is left on the penis, it's referred to as Mummy Dick. However, if the dick isn't cleaned after, the paper may slowly develop into something similar to smegma, giving the individual Mummy Dick Cheese.
My girl was about to blow me last night, but when she pulled down my pants, I had that Mummy Dick Cheese.
