a word used to describe a person who dont care about anything in this world . he doesnt go anywhere ,doesnt do anything , just keeps sitting in one place and enjoy his waste of time and space.

this word has taken its roots from the greek expression "hezo" which means "taking a shit" , so its basicaly a person who spends all his time in the toilet shitting for ever.
