Hoopsdrunk
A High functioning state of extreme drunkenness - usually found right on the borderline between Blackout drunk and Memory loss drunk. Someone who is Hoopsdrunk enters a zen state wherein they are still highly sociable, friendly, energetic, coordinated and coherent despite being extremely drunk.
