Xbox tourettes 

The act of random swearing and nonsensical words in reaction to a game going badly on xbox live. Usually goes hand in hand with games such as Halo3 or CoD etc

*after being surprised by another player walking round a corner*

PLayer 1: "STAB HIM STAB HIM WANKER AAAAAGGHHH"

Player 2: "Xbox tourettes!"
