When someone only responds to your texts with reactions (thumbs up, thumbs down, heart, exclamation points, question mark) - see also "dry texting" and "semi-ghosting"
Gary: "What did your ex say when you texted her that you want to get your sweatshirt back?"
Other Gary: "Thumbs up."
Gary: "What does that mean? Like you can come get it?"
Other Gary: "I texted her the same question."
Gary:" Then what did she say?"
Other Gary: "Thumbs down."
Gary: "Whoa. She's reactexting you, bro. That's cold."
Other Gary: "Thumbs up."
