N.E.E.N. - er -> neener

Not Exactly Entirely Nice. A person who is generally a douche. Although this word does have a connotation, I decided I'd add another one to it.

"Check out these neeners over here."

"Those guys are such neeners, I just wanna... whip-snap!"
