Bossy 

A woman who gives orders and directions to others based on her child who and need to try to control others. These women have however not been placed in a leadership role, yet their narcissism will not allow them to take their naturally assigned submissive role. As a result, said women are most often, single, bitter, childless, and lonely. Ownership of cats is almost certain.

I don’t know why she is being so bossy. That shitty attitude is why she will never get promoted.
