The term used to describe an idiot that brags a lot, eventually getting caught up in their own lie because of how much they show off.

Andrew was so Pelaxed their friends found out about their fake chains.

Josh: "Great, now they know our chains aren't real!"
Andrew: "But this shit looks so good!"
Josh: "At least close the browser when you're done, Andrew you are so Pelaxed its not even funny."
