When operating a vehicle, getting a run and go means building up momentum or speed prior to encountering an obstacle.
If you're driving through snow or mud, you need to get a run and go to get though.
If you don't have much get up and go, you'll need to get a run and go to merge into that traffic.
If you don't have much get up and go, you'll need to get a run and go to merge into that traffic.
