It's actually an ignorant way of saying SPRAINED.

Krissy: "Why are you limping that way?"

Londoner: "Oh last night I spraint my ankle walking up the apples and pears."

Krissy: "You mean you SPRAINED it you dumb."

Londoner: "Yes I spraint it"
