Shower drinking is where you grab a cold beer to drink in the shower while getting ready to go out drinking for the night. It's an alcoholics way to multi-task.
Heather snagged a ice cold Bud Light on her way to the shower so she could get her pre-drink on by shower drinking before a night of drinking and sex with random dudes.
