obs 

Short for observers. In WarCraft III-The Frozen Throne LAN games, the game host usually make referees or observers to observe the game. Observers can chat to fellow observers and to the players unless otherwise squelched by players/observers/referee.

Player1: gogogo... obs ok
Player2(host): gg hf gl
Player2 then starts game.
